into this.....
Pirate pants for Samuel & a pirate skirt for Callie. When Callie saw me sewing the pirate fabric for her brother, she insisted that SHE wanted a pirate skirt! There was just enough fabric scraps leftover to sew a band on the bottom of a denim skirt for her. She was happy! I made the kids t-shirts also. That is another story. It took 3 t-shirts for Samuel to finally produce one that I was happy with. The moral of the story......don't use a pattern. Make up your own!! :)Anyway....they had some red, white & blue outfits for the fireworks last night! And they want to have a pirate adventure (like Dora) in their new clothes!
